The Prayer Shawl Ministry provides a tangible reminder, a symbolic hug of God's love, that brings comfort, hope, and healing to people in times of need or blessings in times of joy. The gift of a shawl from members who add their own prayers while crafting them is a gift of love.

The Prayer Shawl Ministry makes shawls and stoles as requested for First Communion, Confirmation, and OCIA which are made in the same spirit of prayer as the shawls.

All items are blessed by the priest prior to distribution.

The Prayer Shawl Ministry meet on the first Monday of the month at 10:30 am in Room 1.
