The Parish Leadership Team (PLT) is 3-5 appointed staff and/or parishioners of Risen Christ Catholic Community that the pastor selects for an indeterminate period of time, who keep the health and effectiveness of the entire parish in mind while serving on the team.  The PLT is an operative body, assisting the pastor in his responsibilities of establishing clear priorities and helping him fulfill the mission of the parish.  PLT members work to implement the decisions of the team for the good of the Risen Christ Catholic Community.

Individual PLT members mentor parish ministry leaders/ministries in developing healthy parish culture.
