Description
Eucharistic Outreach is a ministry that is open to anyone who is willing to donate their Sunday morning to bring the Eucharist and companionship to those unable to get to Mass. We, the Eucharistic Outreach Ministers, go to nursing homes, hospitals, assisted living homes, and private homes, in order to reach people desiring Communion and a connection to their Church. It cannot be overstated how very important it is to reach the vulnerable, in their time of need.
